Vouliagmeni is a seaside region of Attica, located 25 kilometers south of the center of Athens and owes its name to the homonymous picturesque lake. It includes a large coastal zone, where two small peninsulas, Kavouri and Laimos, are formed. Vouliagmeni is also a verdant location, offering moments of relaxation and tranquility. Regarding real estate market, you can find luxury detached houses, maisonettes, villas and a few apartments. The prices range from 2,800 €/sqm for old apartments (construction year: 1975 – 1983), to 6,000€/sqm for newly built villas or whole-floor apartments with a unique view of the Saronic Gulf. The most expensive area is Laimos, where there are properties costing about 10,000€/sqm. For a rental property, an amount between 2,500€/monthly and 7,500€/monthly is required. In conclusion, we could say that Vouliagmeni is maybe the most beautiful suburb of Attica and living in this area is a sign of prestige and social recognition.
