The south suburbs of Athens constitute a group of municipalities that has been built to the south side of the capital, between Hymettus Mountain and Saronic Gulf. The highest prices are observable in the coastal zone, thanks to its rich nightlife, luxury shops and hotels, beaches and the relatively short distance from the center of Athens. The areas of greatest interest concerning real estate investments are Palaio Faliro, Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni and Varkiza.
